By accessing or using JobReferral, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the platform.

2. Description of Service

JobReferral is a marketplace connecting job seekers with employees (referrers) at various companies. We provide the infrastructure for communication and referral request management. We do not guarantee employment or interview calls.

3. User Obligations

• You must provide accurate information during registration.
• Referrers must actually be employed at the company they claim to represent.
• Users must not share private company information or violate non-disclosure agreements.

4. Payments and Credits

Payments are made through our integrated credit system. Credits are only fully consumed when a referral is confirmed as submitted. If a request is rejected or ignored, credits are refunded to the user's wallet.

5. Limitation of Liability

JobReferral is not responsible for the outcome of any referral or the actions of any user on the platform. We are a facilitator and do not represent any participating companies.
